The D.C. Superior Court Rules Committee recently reviewed proposed amendments to the court’s Rules of Procedure for the Small Claims and Conciliation Branch 3, 4, 18, and 19. In general the changes highlight new requirements included in emergency, temporary, and permanent legislation amending D.C. Code § 28-3814 (Debt collection).

In recognition of Hip Hop History Month, the D.C. Bar spoke with Alan Page, author of Enter the Wu-Tang: How Nine Men Changed Hip-Hop Forever. Although the book was published in 2014, it makes for a timely rediscovery, considering how interest in the influential Wu-Tang Clan has been resurging.
