How to Reserve Your Spot

The Member Connection Suite is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. To request an office or cubicle reservation, please complete and submit the reservation form. Once we receive and process your form, we will email you with the specific details of your reservation.

The Tucker Conference Room is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, and can accommodate five individuals at a time. Please complete and submit the reservation form at least two business days in advance of your requested reservation date. Once we receive and process your form, we will email you with the specific details of your reservation.

Please note: Bookings exceeding eight hours/month require additional approval.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reserve the Member Connection Suite?

Member Connection Suite offices and conference room space are available by reservation only. To make a reservation for the office space, complete the reservation request form with your preferred date(s) and time(s) at least two business days in advance. Please note that reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from Member Services staff. After submitting your request, you must also email [email protected] with the names of all guests who will be using the space with you. Guests will not be allowed access without prior approval.

The Tucker Conference Room is available to accommodate five individuals at a time. Once we receive and process your form, we will email you with the specific details of your reservation.

If you require a conference space that can accommodate more than 5 people, please contact our Meeting & Events team to inquire about reserving a meeting room or hosting an event by emailing [email protected].

How will I know if my request is confirmed?

After receiving your request form, we will either confirm or deny your request via email. If your request is denied, you will need to submit a new request form for an alternate time.

What amenities are available at the Member Connection Suite?

The Member Connection Suite has coffee, tea, water, Wi-Fi, and printing capabilities.

How do I print documents at the Member Connection Suite?

Guests may print up to 100 pages/month at the Member Connection Suite. Printing instructions are found in each office or cubicle.

Can I bring someone else with me to the office?

If you would like to bring a guest with you into your reserved workspace, prior approval is required. Please send an email to [email protected] with the guest’s name.
