Superior Court Proposes Amendments to Rules of Civil Procedure
The D.C. Superior Court Rules Committee has completed its review of proposed amendments to Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure 3-I, 5, 10-I, 39, 40-I, and 79.

On March 24 the D.C. Superior Court Board of Judges issued Rule Promulgation Order 22-05 approving amendments to Superior Court Rule of Civil Procedure 12-I and conforming amendments to Rules 5, 56, 64-I, and 64-II. The revisions take effect April 25, 2022.
