The Communities Planning Portal includes everything you need to plan, track, and manage your programs from start to finish. The Portal will give you access to streamlined program request forms and correspondence tracking, real-time email alerts throughout each step of the planning process, and a live calendar view of all upcoming programs and events.

 

This form is now closed in preparation to switch over to our new Communities Planning Portal. On Monday, September 26, you will be able to submit proposals through the new portal.
