Superior Court Authorizes Access to Juvenile Records

On August 7 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 23-13 requiring the executive director of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) to provide the executive officer of the D.C. Courts with a list of authorized CJCC employees permitted to inspect juvenile records.
