Superior Court Appoints Six Attorneys to Probate Fiduciary Panel

May 09, 2024

On May 8, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 24-04 appointing six attorneys to the Probate Fiduciary Panel. The three new full panel members serve for three years, and the three provisional members are appointed for a term not to exceed one year.

The newly appointed attorneys are eligible to receive court appointments once the court's Probate Panel Advisory Committee notifies the chair of the Probate Panel Implementation Committee that they have received the necessary training.
