Summary: The D.C. Court of Appeals disbarred O’Hara. O’Hara pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and the deprivation of honest services, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341, 1346, and 1349. The court previously has held that violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1341 and 1346 involve moral turpitude per se for which disbarment is mandatory under D.C. Code § 11-2503(a)(2001).
