Gurdeep Singh
Gurdeep Singh is the Training & Volunteer Specialist with the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center. In this role, he coordinates and implements the center’s training programs for attorney volunteers.
Prior to joining the Pro Bono Center, Gurdeep worked with social nonprofits in the Appalachian region of North Carolina serving children affected by developmental disabilities at schools and in group homes in Florida. He has held coordinator, development, administrative, and teaching roles. Most recently, he served as program coordinator for Big Brothers Big Sisters’ Western North Carolina branch.
Gurdeep earned a bachelor of arts with a double major in classics and sociology from Wake Forest University. In addition to being fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, he has a passion for languages and has studied Latin and Portuguese.
