Superior Court Order Allows CJCC to Access Juvenile Records

The Superior Court of the District of Columbia has issued Administrative Order 23-23 authorizing the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) to inspect, compile, and analyze juvenile justice data described in D.C. Code § 22-4234(b-5) regarding the process and outcomes of certain programs.

Superior Court Adopts Fee Petition Guidelines for Probate Division

On September 29 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 23-20 adopting fee petition guidelines for court-appointed fiduciaries in the court’s Probate Division. They take effect November 1 and will remain in effect until further notice.
