Superior Court Issues Orders Regarding CJA Panel Members

On January 23 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued a pair of administrative orders regarding the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel. Administrative Order 25-01 created a temporary panel of retired CJA Panel attorneys to serve as additional stand-in counsel in Courtroom C10. Administrative Order 25-02 updated the list of attorneys serving as full and provisional members of the CJA Panel. The orders take effect immediately.

The Association for Bar Professionals (NABE) has chosen D.C. Bar CEO Robert J. Spagnoletti as the recipient of its 2025 Bolton Award for Outstanding Bar Leadership, the organization’s highest accolade for professional excellence. Spagnoletti will be honored at NABE’s Annual Meeting in Toronto in August.
