Comment on Proposed Amendments to Board Rules

The D.C. Court of Appeals Board on Professional Responsibility is considering amendments to several Board Rules, as well as to the Trust Account Notification Undertaking for approved depositories. The proposed amendments (shown in redline), as well as brief statements explaining the reasoning for the changes, are available here.
Interested parties may submit written comments concerning the proposed amendments. They must be submitted electronically to [email protected] by August 31, 2026. All comments relating to this notice will be available to the public, including any personal information contained therein.
