Superior Court Extends Background Check Deadline for Investigators

On October 27 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 21-14 extending the deadline for Criminal Justice Act and Council for Child Abuse and Neglect Investigative Panel members to obtain background checks due to delays associated with COVID-19. The panel members must submit updated FBI and local background checks by June 30, 2022, to obtain certification of good standing.
