September 09, 2020

On September 3, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals Board on Professional Responsibility issued Administrative Order 2020-8 addressing ongoing adjustments to its operations during the COVID-19 crisis. The latest order announces that future livestreamed proceedings will include both audio and video, but they will be available for live viewing only and will be removed from the Board’s YouTube channel at the end of each hearing day. The Board and its Hearing Committees began holding remote proceedings in June.
