Board of Governors Issues Statement on Bar Exam

On June 10, 2020, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals issued an order announcing that its Committee on Admissions has scheduled an online, remote D.C. bar exam for October 5 and 6. This exam will be held in lieu of the Uniform Bar Examination (UBE) previously scheduled for September 2020.

Court of Appeals Updates Order on Remote D.C. Bar Exam

On June 10 the District of Columbia Court of Appeals issued an order updating its June 8 announcement that the court will administer a remote D.C. bar exam on October 5 and 6, 2020, in lieu of the previously scheduled September Uniform Bar Exam (UBE).
