JNC Recommends Three Candidates for Superior Court Vacancy

The District of Columbia Judicial Nomination Commission has recommended to the president three candidates for a judicial vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia created by the retirement of Judge Jonathan H. Pittman. The president has 60 days to select a nominee to fill this vacancy.

The candidates are Administrative Law Judge Tannisha D. Bell with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and D.C. Superior Court Magistrate Judges Robert J. Hildum and Stephen Rickard. Learn more about the candidates here.
