Summary: In re Steve Larson-Jackson. Bar No. 414847. June 20, 2025. The Board on Professional Responsibility recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals disbar Larson-Jackson for numerous violations of the Maryland and D.C. Rules of Professional Conduct, including misappropriation of entrusted funds in six client matters. Specifically, when handling four estate matters in Maryland, Larson-Jackson took client funds before they were earned and without the court’s permission. In two D.C. estate matters, he took funds when his own records showed he had not earned them. He also failed to keep records of his handling of entrusted funds and lied on his application to become an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
