PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the Board on Professional Responsibility has adjusted its operations to resume in-person proceedings, please see Administrative Order 2023-1.
The Office of the Executive Attorney has developed protocols to assist participants with hybrid proceedings, where most or all participants appear in-person and some participates remote. Those protocols are available on the Board's website, and may be update from time to time.
