Zamora engaged in reckless misappropriation, neglect, failure to keep complete records of entrusted funds, failure to give sufficient notice of withdrawal from the representation, and failure to refund unearned fees in violation of Rules 1.3(a), 1.15(a), 1.15(b), 1.15(e), and 1.16(d).
