Summary: In re Pamela A. McLean. Bar No. 497891. April 23, 2021. The Board on Professional Responsibility’s Ad Hoc Hearing Committee recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals accept McLean’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspend her for 60 days for violations of Rules 1.6(a)(1) and 1.7(b)(4), with 30 days stayed in favor of a one-year period of probation during which McLean shall not engage in misconduct in this or any other jurisdiction and shall complete 12 hours of CLE courses pre-approved by Disciplinary Counsel.
