Summary: The D.C. Court of Appeals suspended Padharia for six months with reinstatement conditioned upon fitness. In the course of working on 30 separate immigration petitions for review filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Padharia failed to follow that court's orders regarding briefing sched­ules, interfered with the administration of justice, and failed to timely respond to Disciplinary Counsel's inquiries in violation of Rules 3.4(c), 8.1(b), and 8.4(d).
