Superior Court Updates List of Criminal Justice Act Panel Attorneys

On November 27 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 24-18 updating the list of attorneys serving as full and provisional members of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel.

Absent suspension or removal, the attorneys listed as full members are appointed to the CJA Panel for a period of four years, at which time they must submit an application for reappointment. Provisional members serve a two-year term and must apply to become a full member before the provisional term expires.
