January 03, 2022

Due to the continuing spike in coronavirus cases, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia has modified its November 21, 2021, order regarding the rules emergency. Civil jury trials scheduled through February 11, 2022, and new jury trials in the Criminal Division scheduled through February 10 will be continued to the earliest possible date after February 11.
