Superior Court Adopts Fee Petition Guidelines for Probate Division

On September 29 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 23-20 adopting fee petition guidelines for court-appointed fiduciaries in the court’s Probate Division. They take effect November 1 and will remain in effect until further notice.
