The American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary seeks comment on the professional qualifications of D.C. Court of Appeals Associate Judge Loren AliKhan, who has been nominated to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

The committee’s confidential evaluations are focused solely on the nominee’s professional competence, integrity, and judicial temperament. The president has 60 days to select a nominee to fill this vacancy.
