Comment on D.C. Court of Appeals Chief Judge Blackburne-Rigsby’s Application for Redesignation

The D.C. Judicial Nomination Commission is inviting comment on the qualifications and fitness of D.C. Court of Appeals Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby, who is seeking redesignation to a four-year term beginning March 17, 2025. Blackburne-Rigsby is the sole candidate for designation as chief judge.

Comments may also be submitted through an online survey available on the commission’s website or by using the direct link. The deadline is January 3.
