Superior Court Updates eFiling Order

July 25, 2022

On July 25 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 22-14 on electronic filing in the Criminal Division and Domestic Violence Unit (criminal cases only). This order supersedes Order 16-12, which referenced civil procedure rules and timelines that are no longer relevant. In addition to requiring parties represented by counsel to eFile and eServe, criminal justice agencies including the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency and the Pretrial Services Agency are also required to file electronically.
