Superior Court Issues Order on Compensation From the Guardian Fund

On September 13 the Superior Court of the District of Columbia issued Administrative Order 23-19  raising the rate of compensation for licensed professionals providing medical and social services in accordance with D.C. Code § 11-2605. Effective October 1, licensed professionals serving as visitors and case reviewers shall be paid $100 per hour. Examiners licensed as medical professionals shall be paid $120 per hour, and nonmedical examiners $95 per hour from the Guardianship Fund.
