February 01, 2024

On January 31 the chief judge of D.C. Superior Court issued Administrative Order 24-01  modifying the deadlines for the Probate Fiduciary Panel application process as detailed in Order 23-25. The presiding judge of the Probate Division is now accepting applications through March 29, 2024, from qualified attorneys who seek a position on the panel.

After receiving applications from the presiding judge and comments by the Probate Panel Advisory Committee, the Probate Panel Implementation Committee will make its recommendations in April. An announcement of new panel members is expected in May.
