Superior Court Enacts Amendments to Civil Procedure Rules 10-I and 30

July 21, 2021

On July 20 the D.C. Superior Court Board of Judges issued Rule Promulgation Order 21-05 approving amendments to Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure 10-I and 30. In addition, the changes incorporate 2020 amendments to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30, providing that upon service of a notice or subpoena directed at an organization, the serving party and organization must confer in good faith about the matters for examination.
