Judicial Nomination Commission Announces D.C. Court of Appeals Vacancy

The D.C. Judicial Nomination Commission (JNC) is seeking candidates for a vacancy on the D.C. Court of Appeals resulting from the resignation of Judge Loren L. AliKhan, whose appointment to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia was confirmed by the U.S. Senate on December 5. Applications are due by noon Monday, January 8.
