JNC Announces Superior Court Vacancy

The D.C. Judicial Nomination Commission (JNC) is inviting qualified individuals to apply for a vacancy on the Superior Court of the District of Columbia resulting from the expiration of Judge John F. McCabe Jr.'s term, effective November 28, 2026.
Application materials and instructions are available on the JNC website. Questions concerning the application process for judicial vacancies should be directed to Executive Director Tracy B. Nutall at 202-879-0478 or [email protected]. The deadline to apply for the vacancy is noon on September 9.
