Summary: Timothy Falls has been ordered suspended. Respondent was convicted following a plea of guilty to the felony of possession of cocaine in the circuit court for Hillsborough County, Florida. Respondent was subsequently placed on probation which withheld adjudication of guilt. Rule XI § 15 or the Rules Governing the Bar mandates suspension in the instance of a finding resulting from a plea of guilty to a felony. The court further ordered respondent to file certificates of the Florida court relating to these proceedings and directed bar counsel to institute an investigation.
