Summary: In re Denise A. Daniels. Bar No. 399285. August 10, 2023. The D.C. Court of Appeals suspended Daniels for 30 days with fitness. Daniels represented the Transportation Security Administration in two matters where a person received a Notice of Violation for illegally possessing a loaded firearm at an airport.
