Summary: In re Pablo M. Zylberglait. Bar No. 453710. July 14, 2021. The Board on Professional Responsibility's Ad Hoc Hearing Committee recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals accept Zylberglait's petition for negotiated discipline and suspend him for six months, stayed, and impose six months of unsupervised probation during which he must continue complying with the recommendations of his therapist and ensure that his therapist provides monthly reports to Disciplinary Counsel regarding his compliance. Zylberglait was convicted of attempted voyeurism, a misdemeanor that is a criminal act reflecting adversely on his honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects in violation of Rule 8.4(b).
