Summary: The Board on Professional Responsibility recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals disbar Fabrizio. Fabrizio pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia to one count of third-degree sexual abuse in violation of D.C. Code § 22-3004(1), a crime of moral turpitude per se, and one count of blackmail in violation of D.C. Code § 22-3252(a)(2). The Board concluded that Fabrizio’s admitted criminal conduct involved moral turpitude.
