Summary: The D.C. Court of Appeals disbarred Boutros, nunc pro tunc to September 17, 2021. Boutros pleaded guilty to one count of bank fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1344(1) and 1344(2), a crime involving moral turpitude per se for which disbarment is mandatory under D.C. Code § 11-2503(a).
