Summary: In re Sandy Y. Chang. Bar No. 989203. February 3, 2022. In a reciprocal matter from Maryland, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed equivalent reciprocal discipline and indefinitely suspended Chang with a fitness requirement and the right to seek reinstatement after five years or reinstatement by the state of Maryland, whichever occurs first. In Maryland, Chang was found to have engaged in the unauthorized practice of law, dishonesty, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
