Summary: In re Jonathan C. Dailey. Bar No. 448141. December 23, 2020. In a reciprocal matter from Maryland, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed identical reciprocal discipline and disbarred Dailey. In Maryland, Dailey was found to have taken advantage of an unsophisticated client by inducing her to give him money as purported “investments” and to have misappropriated those funds and provided misleading and false information.
