Summary: In re Jason E. Rheinstein. Bar No. 494575. December 23, 2020. In a reciprocal matter from Maryland, the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed identical reciprocal discipline and disbarred Rheinstein, nunc pro tunc to May 1, 2020. In Maryland, Rheinstein was found to have misrepresented facts to a circuit court judge in an effort to intimidate his opponents, advanced unsubstantiated claims of fraud against an opposing party, attempted to bully opposing counsel into settling cases for ridiculous amounts, and pursued frivolous claims.
