Summary: In a reciprocal matter from Maryland ,the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed equivalent reciprocal discipline and indefinitely suspended Hull with reinstatement contingent on a showing of fitness. Hull may seek rein statement after five years or after being reinstated by the state of Maryland, whichever comes first, and only after he has completed all terms of his criminal probation and has been found fit to practice law by a medical provider acceptable to Disciplinary Counsel. Hull consented to discipline in Maryland based upon repeated threats to harm a former romantic partner, her family, and himself, followed by violations of a protective order.
