Summary: In a reciprocal matter from Maryland ,the D.C. Court of Appeals imposed equivalent reciprocal discipline and indefinitely sus­pended Hull with reinstatement contingent on a showing of fitness. Hull may seek rein­ statement after five years or after being rein­stated by the state of Maryland, whichever comes first, and only after he has completed all terms of his criminal probation and has been found fit to practice law by a medical provider acceptable to Disciplinary Counsel. Hull consented to discipline in Maryland based upon repeated threats to harm a former romantic partner, her family, and himself, followed by violations of a protective order.
