Summary: The court publicly censured Graham for commingling client funds with his own and for failing to notify a third party promptly of his receipt of funds in which the party had an interest, to deliver funds the party was entitled to receive, or to maintain client funds in a properly designated trust or escrow account. Graham deposited or transferred funds received in connection with several clients’ settlements into his firm’s operating account. In one instance he also failed to notify a medical provider of his receipt of funds in which the provider had an interest by virtue of an assignment and authorization agreement or to deliver funds that the provider was entitled to receive.
