Summary: In re Latif S. Doman. Bar No. 466654. August 5, 2022. The Board on Professional Responsibility recommended that the D.C. In the second matter, which involved Doman’s handling of his trust account and his conduct during Disciplinary Counsel’s investigation of an IOLTA overdraft notice, the Board found he violated Rules 1.15(a) (recordkeeping) and 8.4(d) (engaging in conduct that seriously interfered with the administration of justice).
