The Board on Professional Responsibility is considering amendments to Board Rules 7.5, 7.6, 7.12, 7.16, 13.3, 13.11, 14.1, 15.7, 19.4, and 19.8. The proposed amendments (shown in redline), and brief statements of the reasons therefor, are available here. Interested parties may submit written comments concerning the proposed amendments. Comments must be submitted electronically to [email protected] by August 29, 2025. All comments submitted pursuant to this notice will be available to the public, including any personal information contained therein.
