Summary: In re Brian V. Lee. Bar No. 978834. July 17, 2025. The Board on Professional Responsibility’s Hearing Committee Number Nine recommended that the D.C. Court of Appeals accept Lee’s petition for negotiated discipline and suspend him for 90 days, with 60 days stayed in favor of a one-year unsupervised probation with conditions, including a fitness requirement if Lee does not successfully complete his probation. Lee agreed that he violated Rules 1.1(b), 1.4(a) and (b), 8.1(a), and 8.4(d).
