Summary: Disciplinary Counsel issued Wagner an informal admonition. While retained as counsel to the personal representative in an estate matter, failed to provide skill and care commensurate with that generally afforded to clients by other lawyers in similar matters; failed to represent a client zealously and diligently within the bounds of the law; failed to act with reasonable promptness; failed to keep a client reasonably informed about the status of a matter; and seriously interfered with the administration of justice.
