Summary: In re Thomas Ian Moir. Bar No. 978531. September 2, 2021. The D.C. Court of Appeals disbarred Moir. Moir pled guilty in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to one count of distribution of child pornography in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(2), a crime involving moral turpitude for which disbarment is mandatory under D.C. Code § 11-2503(a).
